As part of achieving these goals, we operate a Quality Management System that complies with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008 and the TickIT Guide. Our Quality Management System also provides support for working within the GAMP® and PRINCE2 Guidelines. Our quality systems have been subjected to many external audits, resulting in our selection as certified suppliers, or preferred suppliers for specialist automated equipment. In many cases, we are the only certified or preferred supplier retained by our Customers for this type of automation. This is indicative of our attention to detail and commitment to quality. We have recently completed a successful re-assessment of our status as an Investor in People company. Our assessment indicated that we exceed the standards requirements in numerous areas.
